In an effort to keep our street list of Winfield Township residents updated and current for emergency purposes, landlords are required to comply with the following ordinance of Winfield Township.

Ordinance #279 – requires all owners and operators of rental income property to furnish on a yearly basis, or as they may change tenants, a written list to the township of the names and addresses of all tenants and occupants.
